Because of that commitment to you, our day-to-day tradespeople are employees, not third-party contractors.
This is because we know that 3rd party contractors will have other customers whom they need to do work, repairs and follow-ups for.
We also know and understand that 3rd party contractors may need to drop everything, to go to other emergency work for other customers at different times.
Because of that, we have employees for our day-to-day trade work, and combine that with your own designated project manager, the first and only priority will be getting your job completed as soon as possible with the best possible quality of workmanship. Your work is our first priority until it is finished.
For our non day to day trades people, such as electricians and plumbers, we have a good working relationship with them. What that means for you, is your work proceeds without delays that can come from 3rd party contractors that can affect the progress of your project and other trades.
