Our quality control measures are constantly being reviewed and improved. It is a constant consideration that our team is constantly undergoing training, both externally with their trade and internally with our quality control systems, procedures and customer service requirements.

We also constantly monitor the quality of products that come from our suppliers. All of our suppliers are aware that they must comply with our strict quality control requirements.

It is because of our workmanship and customer service quality control processes that we were selected and winners of ‘The Block’.
