I engaged Professional Residential to complete a three house development that were all different in layout, on a difficult site in Eltham, Victoria in 2015.

Due process was done during the tendering stages of the job and I found Michael to be the most open & helpful during this process. Professional Residential were not the cheapest nor the most expensive quote received. It was Michael’s initial attitude towards the project that made me feel he was the best builder to partner with to complete the development.

Michael and his team went above the task at hand in a very structured way. I was given a timeline of what and when things would be started & completed.

As an excited first time developer I had many questions during the whole process.  I found both Michael & his supervisors on site extremely accessible during this time.

I would not hesitate to recommend Professional Residential to anyone looking for a builder. I hope to engage them again on my second development in the near future.
