Another part of providing your written quotation is including a fixed time frame to have your work completed.

We can do that because our day-to-day tradespeople are employees rather than 3rd party contractors. We know because we hear about it all the time from others in the building industry that 3rd party contractors can be called off to other jobs or emergencies for their other clients. 

Our employees only have one focus, which is getting your job done with the best quality workmanship in the quickest time frame possible. What this all means is that there will be no annoying delays for you along the way

The only exception to this is if you require us to do extra work for you or in the case of renovations when we are removing your old bathroom or kitchen, there is structural damage from unseen leaks.

This will require extra time to be repaired, but like all the work we do, you will be given a fixed price quotation and a fixed time to complete the work, which you then have the choice to accept or not.
