If you have decided to give us a call and make an appointment for a no obligation free initial consultation, these are a few of the things that you can expect along the way.

In our initial call with you, we will be making a time to suit you, and we will discuss if your free consultation will be in person or by zoom, FaceTime, Skype etc. Let us know if you have a preferred way to chat virtually, we have all platforms available to use. 

In our initial consultation, we will be talking to you about all the expectations that you have about the work you are having done and about us as your builders. 

We will also be giving you lots of advice and recommendations, and because of our experience, the chances are there will be options you haven’t considered, so this will all add up to help you make informed decisions about how you want to proceed.

From there, we provide you with a written quotation that has a fixed price and also a fixed time frame to complete the work. What this means is that you will have no surprise costs or annoying delays.
