Following on from the last posts about having quality materials and suppliers it is also critical to have guarantees for products and installation.

An important part of guarantees for your materials is that it also includes labour as well.  Because there’s no point in having materials replaced if you have to pay again for the labour to install them.

So we always make sure that all warranties include both material and labour. It is a rare occurrence but we always want to give you peace of mind that in the rare occasion that you do need to use your warranty that it will cover both materials and labour.

This is also another benefit to having reliable suppliers, to make sure they are still around to honour your guarantee.
