It is important to make sure whichever home builder in Melbourne that you choose, that they not only have an Unlimited Domestic Builders Licence, but that they give you their licence number. The Victorian Building Authority (VBA) https://www.vba.vic.gov.au regulates and controls home builders in Melbourne and all across Victoria, to ensure that all home builders meet strict quality and safety requirements. These requirements are put in place to ensure the safety for you, your family and your home. This is both whilst the work is being done, and after that the work has been completed to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
