To be able to do that, our day-to-day tradespeople are employees, not third-party contractors. 

This is because we know that 3rd party contractors will have other customers that they need to do work and repairs for.

We also know and understand that 3rd party contractors may need to drop everything to go to other emergency work for other customers at different times.

Because of that, we have employees and your project manager whose only priority will be your job, getting your job completed as soon as possible.
