All of our team members also have up to date qualifications or are apprentices in their trade. Aside from their qualifications we also have ongoing training and qualifications that we provide to our staff. For example our team members are trained and qualified to be able to provide a 20 year wet area guarantee. More about our 20 year wet area guarantee is in the next post above this post.

We believe that ongoing training is an important part of our team’s development and ability to provide the quality services and customer care we provide. In addition to that, it is also a way for us as a company to contribute and give back by increasing the amount of qualified, experienced and professional  tradespeople in our local communities.
